If you need to save money on local and long distance phone calls then a digital VOIP Phone calling plan is just what the doctor ordered. There just isn't anything cheaper on the market right now. VoIP is cheaper than cellular, it is cheaper than using calling cards, and it is most definitely cheaper than using a landline telephone.
